Where from?

Depending on the selected products and their availability, order can be shipped from our offices in different countries.

Where to?

We can ship to almost any country. Except for the following regions:
- South America, Central America, Carribean.
- Australia and Oceania.
- In Africa shipping is possible only to: Egypt, Kenya, Morocco, Tunisia, South Africa.

How long?

Average delivery time to the countries of Europe, Middle East and North America is 2 - 3 weeks. Shipping to some countries is faster — you can check it with our operators. But express delivery in a few days is never available.

Not longer?

While international air traffic has not been fully restored after the pandemic, and due to the conflict in Eastern Europe — delays may sometimes occur. These are reasons beyond our control. We hope for your understanding if this happens.

How much is shipping?

Shipping cost depends on the total of the order. The bigger the order, the cheaper the shipping. For the large orders — shipping is free. You can add the products you want to the cart and see the exact shipping cost.

Are there customs fees?

It depends on the destination country. You can find out more on this issue yourself in your country. Prices on our website does not include customs fees, if there are any. We are not responsible for the actions of the customs. Compliance with the local rules and regulations of the destination country is the responsibility of the customer.

What if the parcel got stuck?

If the parcel is stuck on the way and does not reach the destination country within 7 weeks - we will resend your order or refund your money.

What if the parcel was not received?

If the parcel has reached the destination country, but was not received by the customer and sent back. Then we will refund your money, excluding return fee, after the parcel is returned to us.

Can I return the products after the parcel was received?

All sales are final and non-refundable. However, if you received a wrong or damaged products, please contact us right away.
